Cake Empire was founded by Pastry chef and Cake Designer Heather Cutenar. From childhood, Heather fostered a love for baking which was first sparked by helping her grandmother in the family kitchen. She pursued a career in the culinary arts, studying patisserie and confectionery at Westminster Kingsway College and went on to work for several award winning restaurants and bakeries.
