The Sugared Saffron Cake Studio is a leading wedding cake company known for our bold and innovative designs. We started from home in 2011 but high demand and a growing clientele meant we had to leave our little flat behind and move into our own commercial studio space, complete with a Blue Seal oven, air conditioning and a very much needed plush sofa. As one of the lucky few wedding cake makers in the UK to work from from a commercial premises, we run a busy and client focused business whilst still maintaining our roots as a small, person-led business.

Our wedding cakes are widely known for their modernity, attention to detail and flawless finish. We deliver wedding cakes that are the centrepiece of receptions, made with ingredients and techniques you’d find in any artisan bakery.

Over the last 6 years our designs have been regularly featured online and in print, from national wedding magazines, to published books and newspapers.
