Tim had a career as a Flight Test Engineer primarily testing Jet Fighter and Heavy aircraft for the UK MoD prior to turning his attention to his long lived passion for baking and has since never looked back. Cupcakes london was started when Tim was left home alone with a kitchen and an oven by his family who went abroad on holiday. Tim decided to bake a Red velvet cake on return, need we say this went down a treat encouraging him to continue baking shortly after Tcakes was born.
