Whether you’re looking to learn some new skills, organise a hen party, throw a work bash or celebrate a birthday, our masterclasses have something for everyone. Our meringue masterclass was even rated as one of London’s BEST foodie masterclasses by the Evening Standard!

Enjoy delicious snacks, a couple of Proseccos and as many meringues as you can eat, all whilst you learn the magic of the Meringue Girls. Learn how to mix, colour, flavour, pipe and package our gorgeous meringue kisses in a hands-on and fun environment. You can take everything you make home with you in your own personalised MG packaging.

Our classes run for approximately 2 hours from 6.30pm – 8.30pm and are priced at £70 per person. Classes usually take place on Wednesday evenings and you can see all upcoming dates below. You will have a gorgeous pastel Smeg mixer between two and we usually have a max of 10 people per class. They are held in our Broadway Market Bakery – Unit 1, Broadway Market Mews, London, E8 4TS. Nearest stations are Bethnal Green, London Fields or Haggerston.
